CeraVe Healing Ointment 5.0 oz (144 g) is a dermatologist‑developed petrolatum‑based healing balm designed to protect, soothe, and intensely hydrate dry, cracked, chapped, or extremely dry skin. It forms a protective barrier that helps lock in moisture, supports the skin’s natural repair process, and relieves discomfort caused by dryness and irritation.

The formula combines 46.5% petrolatum with three essential ceramides (Ceramide NP, AP, EOP) and hyaluronic acid to strengthen and restore the skin’s moisture barrier while attracting and retaining hydration. It’s free of fragrance, lanolin, dyes, and harsh additives to minimize irritation, and is non‑comedogenic—so it won’t clog pores.

This larger 144 g size is ideal for frequent use on areas prone to dryness like hands, elbows, feet, cuticles, or anywhere skin needs extra care. Acceptable for use on sensitive and eczema‑prone skin, it’s versatile for both face and body.
